Sidecar steering damper, black. It is 12 inches long when closed and 17-3/8 inches when extended all the way. Has 5-1/2 inches of travel. Shock end has a 10mm I.D. bushing. The small end is threaded and 10mm by 1.5 tpi. This is the OEM style of steering damper used on many Harley Sidecar outfits. OEM #87141-83.
