Fits 1" tube. Clamp mount: clamps on some crash bars or handlebars. Uses 5/16" bolt. Has 4 Allen screws and is made in 3 chrome plated pieces. Clamp is very heavy duty and can be used to mount an accessory.
This clamp has some surface rust from being in storage as it is a NOS OEM California Sidecar part.
