Notched motorcycle frame, California Sidecar I-bolt mount. Fits 1" to 1-1/4" motorcycle frames, Harley,etc. This is for getting in tight places. The back is 1-1/2" high and the front is 2" high. Comes with frame shim. I had to enlarge some of the small bolt holes to get the mounting block to fit in the strap. Uses 3/8'' bolt. Only fit California Sidecars.
